Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 0-1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered during the Thanksgiving holiday and December 23rd - January 2nd. Other unforeseen delays will be announce via our social media sites.

Disclaimer: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
All orders receive FREE standard shipping( USPS 3-5 days)

Expedited shipping is available. Expedited charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

The Special Kase ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is processed containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Special Kase is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

The Special Kase is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact The Special Kase immediately, to file a claim with the shipment carrier, on your behalf.

*Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy*

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, unused and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Strict policy due to the cost of shipping and pick time, clearance items will always be non-refundable. No returns on clearance items.
